curios about the answer on this one but I remember reading about Gordon Ramsey stating that this is what he allegedly did with his kids (kids in economy, the wife and himself in Business).

I guess to make it work you need to do two separate bookings and when booking for the kids he will require the unaccompanied minor option, but that is me guessing.
