Can you elaborate on this? If my bag alarms am I required to give TSA ID/let them record info about me? Seems like tenuous legal ground to me.
and since we could not get to the bag in time to place it back in, we had the DVD mailed back to the person with a letter of apology as well as my business card. That passenger did call us back and thanked us. and before anyone asks, we did not mail it COD! I bought the stamps.
