Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked entry level Studio Suite and received One Bedroom Suite with sofa bed

How are the rooms?

The one bed suites had a separate living/dining/kitchen area and separate bedroom. Listed size about 40 sq/m so not too massive.

Bathroom was ok but was shower over bath which I'm never a fan of.

TV didn't work in bedroom but was fine in living area.

Fully stocked kitchen as with other Staybridge Suites.

What was good and what was bad?

Good - elite recognition. Upgrade appeared in app before arrival. Staff were excellent and extremely friendly, could not fault. Welcome points posted automatically early AM on day of stay (this seems to be happening more and more). Breakfast is always included in SS and was of good quality and selection. The location is excellent too, right next to the wheel and Albert Dock.

Bad - shower over bath (but that's just a preference of mine) and the fact the bedroom TV didn't work. Didn't raise it as was only there one night. A lick of paint would probably help as there are some areas starting to show their age.

Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?
For 32,000 points, this was a bargain for Liverpool City Centre. Best Flexible rate was £210 for one bed suite on night I visited. I would return and would definitely select this for a longer stay but will likely try the Crowne Plaza next time just for comparison.
