Lufthansa no confirmation for ticket refund
Today I got an email from Lufthansa which said that my flight was canceled. I decided to contact their support, but neither the chat-bot or their call center replied. I got frustrated and decided to get a refund. I got a message which said that the cancelation was successful, and the flight disappeared from my profile, but I did not receive a confirmation email and the money has not been transferred to my bank account and now I'm wondering if something has gone wrong. How can I be sure that I will get my money and how long does it take for these things to happen? Also, who can I contact in case I don't get my money.
