There were around 20 flights where the baggage was not unloaded last Wednesday when the baggage operation stopped at around midnight. That was after we had waited for a couple of hours. The only way of getting the bags is then to go through the "lost baggae" process which seems to take several days (mainly, I suspect, because the couriers - DHL - are overloaded).
