I find the Xfly crews very pleasant, these usually consist of young Estonia based stewardesses that are far more service minded than their mainline SAS counterparts. While the airline product is the same, the experience on Xfly specifically is better. SAS Connect typically has English or Irish staff which are also a lot more friendly and focused on service than mainline SAS. The pre-departure and pre-landing harassment from the crew is also nothing compared to mainline SAS where these are the moment the vicious staff gets to unleash their hatred for customers. Subjectively I enjoy flying these wetleases more.

I find Cityjet less enjoyable, while service being better than mainline SAS, the mostly native Spanish speaking staff is more bitter/uninterested.
