I would try and not cough at the gate but if any of the crew ask then you can assure them of your negative antigen test and that you are complying with what minimal entry restrictions in to Singapore there are in addition to being fully vaccinated.
If a passenger enquires I would tell them to mind their own damn business.
I shouls be able not to cough at the gate, it is the 13h flight that worries me.
The thing is I am flying AMS - SIN - SUB so not entering Singapore, just transit.
