Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive? Booked and given King Standard on points. Explanation was that the upgraded rooms actually have worse views (ie construction site) than the high floors (we were on 36). Was fine with us as the room was perfectly acceptable.

How are the rooms? Brand new. Around 29 m2. Excellent firm mattress. Fully stocked minibar (champagne, beer, wine, soft drinks and small range of snacks). Side table with built-in seating. Huge number of plugs in convenient spots. Neat bathroom with separate toilet and shower.

How is the exec. lounge? N/A

What was good and what was bad? Good - Great central location. Free breakfast for two. Good Italian restaurant. The mattress! Nice to see a full minibar. Good service despite newness of hotel. Valet parking.

Bad - some might not like the zero upgrade, didn’t bother us as the view of the Skytower and city was excellent.

Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return? 25000 pts per night. Definitely.
