First time flying LP so apologies if this has been discussed/is a silly question...

Going NAP-CDG-DXB and very much so wanting to experience the ground service upon arrival at CDG. However, one of the options is to leave Naples in the evening with a roughly 18 hour layover I believe in Paris. The flight to DXB leaves at 130pm the next day. In this scenario do I lose the pick up at the plane as well as lounge access? I realize the next morning I could get into LP but I am wondering how it works upon arrival if I choose the evening flight from NAP and not the early morning one that has more of a natural same day (5 hour) layover.

I dont believe such an exclusive lounge is even open 24 hours so I am guessing but am curious if I can access it for a couple hours the evening before?
