I made two international ATM withdrawals with my Platinum CashPlus account, it's been over a month and I did not see the ATM fees rebate yet. I also made the withdrawals with my Schwab card from the same machine, and the ATM fees were automatically refunded a few days later. Emailed customer service and they said I have to call the Client Service Center Cash Management team to resolve this. Will stick with the Schwab card if it always takes more efforts to get the ATM fees credited back.
