That’s what matters.
If there are no LH-LP routings on the LH webpage, the traveler is most likely on two separate tickets and needs to check in and drop the bag at least 75 minutes before the MIA-LIM flight unless LH is willing to through-check to a non-partner on a separate ticket.
If the traveler is not checked in on the LP flight and the bags are not checked through, iTi doesn’t apply and the transfer desk can’t help since the traveler is not transferring and instead needs to check in for the second itinerary at the LP checkin desk.
