LHR-FRA-MIA on LH and MIA-LIM on LP is available on the LH website?
There are LHR-LIM itineraries that involve LH and *A partners like AV, CM, and UA, but where do you see itineraries with LH flights connecting to LP flights?
Lufthansa have a code share and interline arrangement with Latam so as the airline advised the traveller they will through tag bags.
Worst case scenario if bags are NOT through tagged the transfer security area has airline desks where you can drop bags (add extra bags) eg check your carry on without having to go through arrivals and up to departures. Transfer at MIA is pretty good hence them being in the ITI scheme.
