First you claim EC261 by sending an Email requesting such to UA customer care. Once you have EC261 sorted out then you check if there us nice double dip w/ United cares. That is the safest way to handle this situation
Sorry for being rubbish but I've looked all over United.com and can't find an email address for love nor money. I keep getting directed to United Cares. Any further help on this gratefully received.
