Note that Customer Relations is only there during normal business hours Monday-Friday, Eastern Time. In order to get them, you call the regular number, ask to speak with an agent, once you get the agent, ask to be connected with Customer Relations. You might get part of the sleeper accommodation charge refunded, perhaps all of it.

They are pretty much getting food from fast food outlets on the way, since they have no way to prepare food with the diner galley out of service. Subway and KFC are commonly used in these situations, pizza not so much.
