Data points from two separate stays here last month - the first was 3 nights using points and the second was 1 paid night (with four nights at the Andaz in between).

Stay 1: Welcome-back email from GM a couple of days before check-in, upgrade to River View suite, proactively offered 4 PM checkout and 10-point market voucher, a la carte breakfasts were great. I picked up a few things from the market beyond what the voucher covered (Leopold's ice cream cookie sandwiches, several times), but those items were never added to my folio. Brought it up at checkout, but they waved it off and told me not to worry about it, which was appreciated.

Stay 2: Upgrade to 1 King with Terrace View and Patio, 4 PM checkout offered, but I had to ask for the 10-point voucher.

Very good stay overall. The rooms could use a refresh, but the location, river view, and Globalist recognition were all excellent.
