With reference to Plaza Premium, The Amex App and the Plaza Premium own website still have the Departure lounge at T4 and arrival lounge at T3 as closed. A recent thread on HfP about the T4 one, was answered by Rob confirming it was indeed still closed.

any new information about that would be very welcome!
