No, you get EXP with 200,000 LP, period. That gets all the EXP benefits like bags, seats, comp 500-mile upgrades, oneworld lounges.
In addition, you get to choose rewards (such as SWUs) at 125,000, 200,000, and various subsequent tiers -- but you can't choose any of those until you've flown 30 segments. These are called Loyalty Choice Rewards and you can read about them here:
https://www.aa.com/i18n/aadvantage-p...KT|LNK||Choice. Once you hit the 30 segments you will then be able to choose all the rewards you would have earned if you'd already had the 30 segments. There is no incentive for going beyond 750,000 LP (other than higher placement on the upgrade list).
