Thx -- Just a quick FYI, the FAs on our replacement flight advised us to visit united.com/unitedcares. For the delayed flight, they offered a $500 voucher or 25k miles (I took the $500 travel certificate). I will file for EC261 and hotel reimbursement separately and will post the results here.
