- Some reservations appear in the mobile app, but not on the website
- Sometimes - but not clear in which cases - there is a message saying for „there are no flights between these two cities on these dates“ when there clearly are (CDG-JFK, CDG-FCO). Very annoying
In true AF style you never know what you get, it‘s all a surprise every time. Sometimes it works, sometimes not.
I was trying to change my return flight as a better flight became available. I tried both the app and the website and I got the error saying no flights available. I requested a voucher for my original flight which was super fast and booked the new flights.
