I am going to go the other way with this. I dont believe that TSA stole it. IT WAS ONE DVD! It is not a common event to steal one of something. Why didnt they take the whole case of DVD's? I would be willing to bet that they were in sleeves not in their original cases! IF it was stolen, there would be no way to protect it against damage while trying to conceal it against discovery. Futhermore if TSA is going to steal something it would have to be worthwhile because the penalties are too high. IT either got left behind by your son or fell on the floor at the airport and not noticed.
