Decided to stick with the salmon on ORD-DUB (#208) to see if it was on point with last week, or if it was good because I had a few glasses of Piper at the FL!

Verdict — would order again. It’s a solid option that is on the lighter side.

The crew was great, with the service being much better than last month’s LHR-JFK flight in F. Drinks were offered upon boarding (I boarded with about 15 minutes left before door closure and had no issues) along with dinner selection / breakfast preference.

Service commenced pretty quickly after take-off with drinks / warm nuts via the cart. Meals were then brought out:


Brought out on one tray - had requested quick service to sleep so this worked out well.



A tad try, but nothing that some sauce couldn’t solve.
