Slightly OT but am I the only one who thinks the first sentence is badly worded? Without reading the second sentence, one would've (mistakenly) thought that SQ would allow people to cancel their reservations on the website (only) without penalty.
But if this wasn't the intention, as the second sentence suggests, does it mean that reservations made elsewhere (eg. by phone, via travel agents, etc.) and not via the website would not qualify for penalty free cancellations (if so, is in breach of DOT rules)?
