Technically they’re barred from exit rows and any rows in front of or behind exit rows. Most FAs won’t enforce it, but some will. I’ve traveled with two kids in car seats all over, so have spent a lot of time on these issues.
Thanks for this. I almost wish it was cut and dry either way so we could just bring it or check it lol. But hey, the system put us there and her age is marked...the staff can figure it out if it's an issue.
