Taking SQ25 soon from JFK-FRA. Their menus don’t list allergen information. One could make assumptions…. Any tips of GF friendly menu options/book the cooks? I emailed SQ and their auto reply says it will take 15 business days to get back to me. I heard the gluten free special meal isn’t all that special but never flown SQ. Thanks!
