Been there done that. UA has no hotel and I get my own. Save the receipt and don't forget to add dinner/BF etc. as well! Just scan the receipts and send them to 1KVoice ... they will arrange for a check.
UK261 is best in a separate Email as others have suggested. Beyond the $1k travel voucher (or $630 cash if you want) there isn't anything you should expect to receive.
