Credit Card and home Adress
Credit Card and Home adress are two different things.

First: Change your "Main Adress" to the US. Then you need only 100k Miles for SEN.

The credit card does not depend on your home Adress.
It depends on the Bank-Accounts

A friend of mine has an Austrian "Main Adress" and a German Credit-Card.
For the German Credit Card you only have to have a German Bank account.
