Delayed baggage claim and lost baggage
I came by Lufthansa on 23 Jun to Chicago from Bengalur via Frankfurt, upon arrival we found one suitcase consisting of all our necessary items like clothes and toiletries ..etc and gift items for daughter and grand daughter never found, we reported this to the airport desk of Lufthansa, they said it will arrive in the next flight the next day,
We tracked the status with reference number no info, it is July 1st , we have not heard any thing from the Lufthansa or in the tracker, going through very helpless situation with our having any info on the luggage,
Can any one guides through - 1. Any way to contact the customer relation to find the status, every time the number in the website is engaged or not reachable. 2. How to escalate to the next level, as it is more than 9 days, 3. Were will we find online forms to fill and claim monetary compensation - looking for guidance and support urgently
