This has happened to other guests as well - our friends visited in June and had exactly the same thing happen to them (@n2bspld). They also got stuck on the other end as well (the ferry had to dock by the watersports area)and no one was there to pick them up. They were staying on the Oval so there was no way they were going to walk from the beach club to the oval in torrential rain.
