I have to agree with Scott, we who post on this board are in the minority.

Most customers don't care about the details.

I like the majority of customers don't check if my miles post to LH; BA; AF or anyone else. I also don't check that my hotel stays post with Hilton; Hyatt; Starwood or Marriott.

This is the norm, the interest most people here show is the exception.

By all means vote with your feet (or wallet), that is your perogative. But don't for a minute don't think that BA have not factored in that response from a minority of travellers, they have.
