I am a Hilton Diamond member currently at Conrad. And yes the F&B credit is only for the Dawg House. This is a sportsbook & saloon, so hardly appropriate to take my young kids to. I have sent an email complaining about the lack of choice for the F&B credit and that it isn't suitable for kids. Let's see what they say. The front desk told me they have had the complaint from others but nothing has been changed.
