Russian Woodpecker Sound when calling AA on ATT phone
I have been consistantly getting a annoying Cold War Russian Woodpecker noise when I call American Airlines from my ATT cell phone when I am in Arizona. I do not hear it from a landline. Does anyone else have this issue? I am trying to determine where the issue comes from. Is it American Airlines or AT&T?
