Just FYI:
Today I got an email from the property —
“…your reservation was booked under the “BILT” rate code for more than the two night per week policy under the membership. We regret to inform you, there was a system error which allowed you to reserve your booking for more than the policy allowed. Our policy can only accommodate a total of two nights per week. As an apology we will allow a total of 3 nights and a discounted room rate of $199.00 per night for the inconvenience.”
So if you had a stay of 2 nights or less it looks like they’ll honor the 40 dollars a night but anything over they won’t honor.
Where was this a policy of it only being two nights a week? BILT, the Rate itself, or the promotion overall offered by Hyatt? And what if someone booked 3 stays x2 nights? Either way they’re trying to get out of honoring it. Just a heads up if you’ve booked with this rate.
