You'll definitely be able to use priority check-in counters, but there is no priority security screening at TPE (except for the Huan Yu VIP Terminal).

But at smes mentioned, the lines are pretty light at TPE these days, probably with the exception of 7-9am due to high concentration of inter-Asia flights.
