My comments would be that anyone who think the changes have not been thought through and seeks to tell someone who has brought a loss-making airline back into profit, how to run their business is in my opinion arrogant in the extreme.
Give these people some credit, they of course know the effects of their decisions and marketing direction.
I would also remind, that all BA hubs has EC displays seeking feed-back from members - the time for complaining has come and gone.
