Yes, it is possible but you will pay for the F rate of miles for the entire journey but, as Manila or Singapore to London require the same number of miles, there is no difference as long as there is availability for the entire journey. Otherwise you would require an additional 24k miles (after July 5th) for the MNL-SIN sector in J.
