Years ago, back in the late 1990s, I lived in Tucson and my office was about 5 minutes from the Tucson airport (TUS). At least twice that I can remember, I went to the airport to do ticketing... just figured I was so close anyway. Back then America West issued many vouchers that were tough to redeem, and the agents were able to take care of those for me.
