Periodically I fly obscure airlines (obscure to me, that is) and wonder whether I could be earning miles on some airline whose FF program I actually belong to. Is there a source (website, FT thread, or otherwise) that provides this information, organized by the carrier you're flying? Sometimes you can go to that airline's website, but often they don't tell you.

I did find this thread, which provides what I'm looking for, but only if you're interested in earning miles on *A carriers. Is anyone aware of something out there that's more comprehensive?
