I must confess that I own a V600 and it is working fine. I had to return the first 2 that I got as the volume was too low to hear a conversation, but finally I got one that worked. Got the V600 as it had a reputation as a good international phone with good reception in fringe areas. That is true. Much better reception in fringe areas than the Nokia's I had. However, the quality would make me hesitant to buy Motorola again. Also, the synchronization with Outlook is shaky. The phone book transfers numbers ok, but no address info. When I try to synchronize my calendar, it just messes everything up. Don't try it. The Nokia software for Outlook synchronization works better.
