Just purchases a new B&R 28” Baseline Checked Spinner and have it on its first trip. I have been noticing that the bottom CX expander will expand on its own when walking with the suitcase through the airport, train station etc. the top one stays closed as expected. The suitcase is full but there’s no need for the CX expander and no resistance when pushing it back into place.

I’m assuming this is not normal behavior? Has anyone else run into this or should I return/warranty the suitcase since it’s still within the return window?
