We did buy the ticket last minute through Chase, which I hate doing, but she had to get home quickly in an emergency and the fares were crazy so that was the best alternative. I saw on the ticket after purchase that it said it was a Level flight but we also paid for an upgrade to PE and she was definitely sitting in PE. Even if Chase had sold a “light” fare without telling her (it says that nowhere on her ticket). Wouldn’t paying for an upgrade to PE at check in have entitled her a higher class and at least a free bottle of water….and food?
