To follow up on this.. I was not given a Marvelous bi-level suite with balcony, as confirmed for the first night. I did get the Fabulous suite which I did not request. My SNA certificate has not been returned.
For the 2nd night .. the hotel confirmed in chat that I could move to the Marvelous suite as per my confirmation. I dropped off the key from the Fabulous suite and got the key for the Marvelous.. when I get to the suite, find that it doesn't have a balcony or view as per my request / confirmation. Hotel apologizes and tells me sold out.. sorry, too bad.
