Mint is the best domestic premium cabin I’ve ever enjoyed. The space, food, drinks and service are all tops. Only downside is no lounge access, though if you can afford Mint, there’s a good chance you have Priority Pass, which gets you into the Air France lounge in International-A (connected airside to Terminal 1).
