I have a friend trapped at YYZ right now who misconnected due to a 4 hour delay on an inbound DUB-YYZ flight. She's theoretically been rebooked for tomorrow afternoon but her reservation in both the app and on the website is now completely non-functional even for seeing her seat assignment on the rebooked flight, let alone changing anything or otherwise self-servicing in any way. So the "new travel self-management tools" comment is especially galling. And of course the phone system is so busy you can't even be added to a queue. She's a pretty inexperienced traveler who doesn't even think of checking to see if she has a new BP with an actual seat assignment. It sounds crazy up there.
