One important point to note is that all mountain lodges and toilets above 6th station are closed during the off season. You need to bring all your drinks and food you need for the climb. Also, there will be no toilet so need to prepare for that. Mt. Fuji is a national park and the world heritage site. Official guidance is that climber take everything back with you and not to leave anything on Mt, Fuji, which also includes human matters during the off season when toilets are closed. The official guide asks you to bring portable toilet and toilet papers, water for cleaning, not just drinking water.

To the summit is the plan.
Searching in English I found some private guides who offer off season tours for ¥60,000-100,000 per person. They stay at the 7th station hut, which according to the website is open until Oct 15th.
