I currently have an issue with my APP / UA Account with a reservation that they did some post trip research on. Some of you may recall from the DYKWIA thread I got stuck in Bahrain when I tried to check in for my Gulf Air Flight on a UA ticket and Gulf Air claims that I had no ticket -- UA claimed that I did --and then the DYKWIA moment.... After I got back I got a call from UA CS / GS and they wanted all of the screen shots of the reservation that Gulf Air had given me -- and the the CSR took over the reservation and put the origin as CSR and a future date so she could investigate the ticket and trace back how things went wrong. This was a while ago -- and I still have this reservation sitting there -- I can't delete it or do anything with it -- when I click on it it just gives me an error... It's quite irritating to me -- every time I look at my trips there my trip is to CSR to St. Cloud -- but even when I called GS they said they can't see it and nothing they can do lol.... UA IT.....
