Yes, during OLCI, you get on to the main Amadeus login (used by dozens of airlines) and there it s a Known Traveler field to enter. If correctly matched, PreCheck will go through automatically. If Amadeus knows who you are from other travel it may put it in for you anyway. You will get an email with the Amadeus link when you get to 36 hours.
