I suspect that's the problem with the Avios component, which now complicates where you are. I seem to recall if it was Upgrade using Avios you could rescind the UuA for £35 but you get a recalculation on any fare difference going back down to World Traveller.
I cannot seem to find. I enter my last name and reservation # on RAM site. It presents the booking info. I scroll down and see "You can review the purchase conditions" and then below that I see Ticket info, Itenerary, traveler info, services, flights, baggage. On this page, I cannot see anything around fare basis. When I click on "purchase conditions" hotlink, a popup comes up and has a header for purchase conditions and then all of the tabs have what is in the post below. "Not applicable to this fare." I see no place that shows fare basis that I can see...Can you give me some more details of what I should be looking for?
