Needing to cancel within 24 hours of booking
Hello,
A booking was made last night but there was an error in the dates. BA are asking for a £50 change fee. As the booking was less than 24 hours ago, I'm under the impression I can cancel with no penalty?
The problem I'm having is that they're telling me to call to cancel. I call to cancel and they're not taking any calls as they're so busy.
What should I do in this situation?
