I have been able to do OLCI at 36 hours at SFO, for both TAP prime and jetBlue codeshares, any document checks they do either at check-in, or for hand baggage only passengers at the gate. The gate opens at 3 hours before departure, the Engtish language side of the website displays a text glitch but if you switch to Portuguese you will see SFO listed and with 3 hours at opening of the desks, 1 hours closing time, and both are correct.
