Meanwhile I flew HND-JFK in the depths of covid in February (whole plane only had ~30 people on it) — I'm looking at timestamps on my phone and takeoff was at 10:39am, amuse-bouche appeared at 11:10, starter at 11:24, main at 11:46, and dessert at 12:03pm so that's probably a record haha (did help that I was in 5A as well)
